TIMEFRAME FROM ORDER TO READY:
The timeframe to complete your order depends both on our volume of orders in front of you, as well as our stock on hand. We typically have your order processed within 7 - 10 production business days (sometimes sooner), but we will communicate with you if there are any unforeseen issues.
We also offer rush order processing for an additional fee. Please contact us if you will need that option.
BUSINESS HOURS:
Our physical store location is open Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., with some extended hours during certain seasonal times of the year. Our website is open 24/7, but please see our processing and shipping exclusion dates.
Our production and shipping business days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. We close for 1 week during the 4th of July and 2 weeks for Christmas (exact dates for these each year vary and will be announced approximately 1 month prior to July and December). During that time, you can still place orders, but they will not be processed and/or shipped until we return from our holidays.
