These personalized tumblers make a great gift that will last a lifetime, or a gift for yourself.
We do not use vinyl or stickers on our tumblers. Each tumbler is professionally laser engraved to reveal the beautiful stainless steel undercoating that compliments each color wonderfully. The laser engraving will ensure your image lasts the lifetime of the cup and will not peel, fade or wash off over time.
The Maars Skinny Steel is a 20 oz. double wall 18/8 stainless steel thermal cup with a glossy powder coated finish that protects against chips and scratches. Copper vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for 24 hours, and hot for 12 hours. Each cup comes with a clear push-on lid and matching straw. Non-toxic and BPA-free.
CUSTOM ORDERING:
If you would like to add your logo, or want to provide an image for us to engrave, please ensure the image is a high resolution, black and white image, or a high resolution graphic that can be easily converted to black and white (no shades of gray, or photos).
Turn around time for custom orders depend both on our volume, as well as your responsiveness.
If we are creating something for you, then we usually send you a proof within 24 - 36 hours (weekend time not included). Depending on how many changes you need (if any) and how responsive you are, will determine how long it takes. Once a proof is approved, we still typically make and ship within 2 - 3 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
If you are selecting one of the standard designs, have provided all the information needed, and do not require a proof, we will typically have your items made and shipped within 2 - 3 days. If you require a proof, we "could" still have your items made and shipped within 2 - 3 days, as long as you are checking your emails and are responsive to your emails.

I bought these for my bridal party, and they are awesome. The colors are great, the product is beautiful, but the best part by far was the customer service. They emailed me proofs of the lettering same day for my approval, and then the tumblers were made and shipped quickly. One came with a broken lid, so they shipped me TWO extra lids the very next day! Fantastic customer service. Would definitely order from them again.
